This Privacy Policy explains how Quizzly Home ("we", "us"), a brand of Vuukle DMCC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and request quotes for home-improvement services.
When you complete a quote request, we collect the information you provide — your name, home address, ZIP code, email, phone number, homeowner status, and details about the project you're interested in (such as siding material and timing). We also automatically collect your IP address, the page you completed, timestamps, and lead-certification tokens (TrustedForm) that document your consent.
We use your information to match your request with relevant service professionals and marketing partners, to deliver your request to them, to prevent fraud and duplicate submissions, to comply with law, and to improve our services.
When you submit a quote request and provide consent, we share your information with up to four (4) marketing partners and/or their service-provider networks so they can contact you about the services you requested. Our current partners are listed on our Marketing Partners page. We may also share information with service providers who operate our platform, and as required by law.
By submitting the form, you provide express written consent to be contacted by our marketing partners by phone, text (SMS/MMS), prerecorded/artificial voice, and email, including via automated systems, at the number and email you provide, even if listed on a Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting the partner directly or us at ravi@vuukle.com.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, by emailing ravi@vuukle.com. Depending on your state (e.g. California, Colorado, Virginia) you may have additional rights under applicable law.
We retain lead records and consent certificates for as long as necessary to document consent and comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
